The size is perfect. I bought it for my woolly baby dog, but there's a stray dog in the countryside yard. I bought size M but haven't tried it on yet. I should have bought it earlier so I could wear it in the winter cold... but now it's hot during the day so I can't wear it... I don't go often... It hurts my heart. It's a very small dog... but it's just wandering around...ㅠ
